Terms of Service

Service — the CometWeb SaaS platform (Insight + ecosystem). User — natural person or legal entity using the Service. Plan — feature tier (Free / Growth / Studio / Scale). Comet Credits — billing units.

An account requires an active e-mail. The User is responsible for password confidentiality and all actions performed via the account. You may close the account at any time — data is deleted within 30 days.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Subscription auto-renews. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the paid period. Invoices are available in-app (PL/EN, PDF). The design partners programme is separate from paid checkout: qualifying participants may receive time-limited testing access under individually confirmed terms. It does not start a paid subscription or automatic renewal unless the participant later buys a plan.

Credits reset on the 1st of each month and do not roll over. Unused credits are non-refundable. Additional credit packs are not currently available; higher usage requires a plan change or an individually agreed Enterprise plan.

You may scan: (a) domains you own, (b) client domains with their written consent, (c) publicly accessible domains for research (rate limit 1 scan/day/domain). Prohibited: scanning to attack, scraping private data, bypassing rate limits.

CometWeb retains all rights to the platform, code, report templates, documentation. Generated reports (PDF, JSON) are yours and may be used commercially (including white-label on the Scale plan).

We target 99.9% uptime. SLA with refunds — Scale plan only (up to 10% of monthly fee for downtime >99%).

CometWeb is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or loss of data beyond the amount paid in the last 12 months. Exclusions do not cover gross negligence or willful misconduct.

The Terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes are resolved by the court competent for CometWeb Ltd.'s registered office (Wrocław).
